ARRIVAL TIME
Please aim to arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. For Lash Lifts or Lash tinting: arrive without mascara or contact lenses, if possible.
If you arrive late to your appointment, it may not be possible to give you the full time available for your electrolysis or lash service. If your service is shortened or re-scheduled due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service .
CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment without penalty.
SICKNESS OR FAMILY EMERGENCY
If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. I understand the occasional family emergency may arise unexpectedly.
A three-time allowance of last minute cancellation will be permitted for sickness or family emergency once a year. After that the cancellation and no show policy is in effect.
CANCELLATION + NO SHOW
When booking, please enable appointment reminders. Emailed appointment reminders are sent out 3 days and SMS text reminders within 1 day. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged for your booked appointment. Exceptions may apply.
A credit card deposit or full payment may be required when booking in for new clients with appointments over $100 OR if one has had previous multiple NO SHOWs. This is to protect your time that is set aside especially for you, as well as to protect our time which books up quickly, especially around any upcoming holiday.
REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds for you are paying for the service providers time, products and other expenses used to provide you with Electrolysis or Lash/brow work. If you are unsatisfied, please let us know to help us correct the situation.
Please keep in mind, electrolysis is a timed service and all un-wanted hairs may not be able to be treated in the booked appointment time. Permanent hair removal results takes time and dedication for success and is well worth it!
